Punjab seeks army help for rescue operations in Mohali due to heavy rainfall

Mohali, July 10

Amid the incessant rainfall in the Mohali region that has played havoc in the lives of people, the state government sought help of army to carry out rescue operations.

The home department has written to the Western Command in this connection and sought its help to provide rescue relief measures due to flood like situation in many areas of the district.
