No need to apply for change of ownership details of registered Properties after July 3

Chandigarh, July 5

The scheme launched by the Haryana Chief Minister,  Manohar Lal to make property ID in cities in a transparent and fair manner is proving to be a boon for the people. Now taking a step further the state government has decided that for any property registrations done after  July 3, 2023, in the municipal area, there will not be any need to apply for any change in ownership details of the Property ID, database of Urban Local Bodies will be updated automatically after the conveyance deed is executed by way of sharing of data through the API.
