Gang of 3 women held for stealing copper wires in Ferozepur

Ferozepur, June 25

The Ferozepur police working seriously in its drive against the anti-social elements and unscrupulous persons today busted a gang of three women for stealing copper wires and arrested them with recovery of three bundles of stolen copper wire.

SSP Ferozepur, Bhupinder Singh informed that a case was registered on the complaint of Sunil Sharma of Zira who is running an electrical shop behind the bus stand.

A team was constituted under the supervision of Randhir Kumar, SP(Investigation) and Palwinder Singh, DSP of Deepika Rani, SI and her team working actively nabbed three women identified as Roma of Rajpura (Patiala), Tina of Kotkapura (Faridkot) and Pinki of Zira (Ferozepur) and recovered four bundles of electrical copper wire, while efforts are also being made to nab the three-four unidentified women.
