Manesar to have the district’s biggest women’s nursing college, Dushyant Chautala

Haryana Deputy Chief Minister,  Dushyant Chautala said that eight acres of land have been earmarked in the IMT area for the construction of the Women’s Nursing College in Manesar, Gurugram district.

He further shared that information regarding its construction has also been shared with the Central Government. This institute to be built with the help of ESI will be the biggest nursing college in the district, said  Dushyant Chautala while addressing a public meeting organised at Manesar in district Gurugram today.

Dushyant Chautala said that at present radical changes have been made to strengthen the medical infrastructure and this nursing college will further give a major boost to the medical sector and also provide new employment opportunities in the field.

The Deputy Chief Minister said that the State Government has taken various significant decisions in providing employment to the youth. Asia’s largest warehouse is being built by Flipkart in an area of 140 acres in Patli Hajipur and now- Asia’s largest mobile battery production unit is being set up in the Mewat region, he added.

Chautala said that the state government has worked to promote industrial units, due to which Maruti Company has set up the world’s largest car manufacturing plant on about 900 acres at Kharkhoda in Sonipat. He said that today the IT sector in Gurugram is touching new heights.

The Deputy Chief Minister said that the policies made by the state government for the welfare of the common man are being implemented continuously. In this important development journey, Haryana is the first state where farmers are being paid the amount for selling their crops within 48 hours. Similarly, compensation for crops damaged due to natural calamity is also being given within a month, said  Chautala.

He said that today if a group of farmers in the state wants to set up an industry on 25 acres, the government is providing up to 85 percent subsidy on infrastructure.

Dushyant Chautala said that the present state government is continuously working on the ground and taking effective steps for the empowerment of women in the state.

The present state government, which is working vigorously towards making the daughters self-reliant through self-help groups, has taken another important decision by 33 percent of all future ration depots for women.

The Deputy Chief Minister participated in several programmes organised at various places in Gurugram. During various programmes, he also listened to public grievances and gave necessary guidelines to the officers concerned to resolve them on a priority basis.
