Chief Secy directs officials for disposal of pending CFMS files

Chandigarh, June 14

Haryana Chief Secretary, Sanjeev Kaushal, gave strict directions for disposal of pending files of CFMS within a week’s time. He stated that a review meeting regarding CFMS will be held once in a month.

Kaushal gave these directions today during a meeting with the officers associated with the Centralized File Movement and Tracking Information System.

He questioned the reasons for the pendency and reprimanded the officers for keeping the file with them for more than 30 days. He said that the officers of each department should hold a weekly meeting to discuss the pendency of CFMS.

CS also praised the officers and staff who timely clear the files. Special Secretary, Department of Personnel, Training, Vigilance and Parliamentary Affairs, Prabhjot Singh, Special Secretary, Human Resources Department, Aditya Dahiya, Special Secretary, Secretariat Establishment, Samwartak Singh, besides other officers were present during the meeting.
