The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has declared a cash reward of Rs. 10 Lakh against fugitive terrorist Harpreet Singh alias Happy Malaysia in Ludhiana Courts Complex blast case.
The case was registered on 13.01.2022 u/s 302, 307, 124A & 120B of Indian Penal Code, sections 13, 15, 16 & 18 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967, sections 3, 4, 5 of Explosives Act, 1908 and sections 3, 4 of Prevention of Damage Public to Property Act 1984.
Harpreet Singh @Happy Malaysia is wanted by the National Investigation Agency in connection with NIA Case related to a conspiracy hatched by International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF) for causing a blast in Ludhiana Court Complex on 23/12/2021. Harpreet Singh Happy Malaysia is presently residing in Malaysia and is associated with the ISYF.
NIA has declared a Cash reward of Rs. 10 Lakhs against Harpreet Singh a Happy Malaysia s/o Late S. Darbara Singh r/o Village Miadi Kalan, Tehsil Ajnala, Amritsar, Punjab, India A/P Malaysia.
