Said, needy elderly people willing to stay in the old age home can submit applications

The 72-bed old age home built at Ramditta Kainchia in Mansa has been completed and is ready, which will be inaugurated soon. These views were expressed by Deputy Commissioner Mr. Kulwant Singh, IAS. on the occasion of visiting the old age home and taking stock.
He said that any needy elderly people who want to stay in the old age home can come to Room No. 12 of the District Administrative Complex with their Aadhaar card and meet them or any elderly person at the block level can also coordinate with the Child Development Project Officer.
He said that facilities like free health and medical facilities, food, security and maintenance, library etc. will be provided for the elderly in the old age home. Apart from this, needy elderly people from any corner of Punjab can come and stay in the old age home.
On this occasion, Dr. Gurleen Kaur, Assistant Commissioner (under training), District Social Security Officer Loveleen Kaur Baring and other officers and employees were present.
