An 18-year-old youth riding pillion on a motorcycle died after being hit by a truck near the Sector 38-38 (West) light point. The truck driver sped away after hitting the motorcycle. According to the police, Samir, alias Sangam, a resident of Kharar, reported that a recklessly driven truck hit his motorcycle near a scrap shop. The truck sped away after the accident.
