Written exams of army recruitment to be held on July 25

The written test for recruitment in various categories in the Indian Army will be conducted on July 25, 2021 at Punjabi University, Patiala. Giving details about the examination, Recruitment Director Col. R.R. Chandel said that this written test will be conducted for the candidates who have passed the physical tests from February 7 to 26.

About 3900 candidates from five districts namely Patiala, Sangrur, Mansa, Barnala and Fatehgarh Sahib would appear for the written test to be conducted at Punjabi University Patiala.

Colonel Chandel said that roll numbers would be issued to the candidates from 6th to 12th July under which roll numbers would be given to the candidates of all tehsils of Fatehgarh Sahib and Barnala on 6th July at Army office and on 7th July to the candidates of Patiala district. Roll numbers would be given to Sardulgarh and Mansa tehsils on July 9, Budhlada, Malerkotla and Dhuri on July 9. Similarly, roll numbers would be given to Sangrur and Sunam tehsils on July 10 and to Lehra and Moonak candidates on July 12.

Apart from the above tehsils, candidates can get roll numbers on any of the above scheduled days. He said that a report should be submitted at 7 am along with the required documents while getting the roll number.
