Online Joint Prospectus of Government and Privately Managed Aided Colleges 2021-2022 for the Undergraduate and Post Graduate classes was launched by Secretary Education, Sarpreet Singh Gill, IAS, Chandigarh Administration.
The portal to fill the admission form will be opening from 10th August 2021 to 18th August 2021 for the applicants seeking admission in first year. The common admission schedule for UG and PG Classes (Centralized and Non-Centralized) will be followed by all the Government and Privately Managed Aided Colleges. The Prospectus sketches out a detailed online centralized admission schedule giving important dates and timings. Considering the continuing Covid-19 pandemic situation, the entire process of admission to all the streams has been made online this year as well. The applicants will receive a SMS notifying them to deposit their fee after the college seat is assigned to them. Applicants are advised to give their contact number with WhatsApp and their working mail ID so that effective communication can take place. Every institution will have help desks, special helpline number and e-mail facility in place to facilitate and resolve applicant’s queries.
Important information related to different courses, reserved categories, weightage, concessions, various scholarships, academic calendar, fee structure etc are given in tabular form. Moreover, specimen forms related to all the important certificates which are required at the time of applying are given at the end for the convenience of the applicants. The updated admission form for the session 2021-2022 also includes the applicants’ status of vaccination.
