UT Adviser, Home Secretary, Director Sports including 250 members from Chandigarh attend 25th National Youth Festival

 
Chandigarh, January 13

Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the 25th National Youth Festival through virtual mode on Wednesday. UT Adviser, Home Secretary, Director Sports, Joint Director Sports, and Contingent in-charge of Chandigarh Team along with 250 members attended this Virtual Ceremony. The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India and Director Education, Pudduchery has organized 25th National Youth Festival at Puducherry from 12th to 16th January, 2022, but due to recent surge in the cases of ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, the Festival has been organized in Virtual mode on 12th & 13th January, 2022 instead.

In the morning session of the event three lectures were delivered on the subject i) Tech. Entrepreneurs and Innovation ii) Indigenous and Ancient wisdom iii) National Character, National Building and Home Grown.  In the evening session, a recorded video capsule of Puducherry Auroville, immersive city experience etc. was displayed along with a live musical performance by an artist.
