Three suspected Coronavirus deaths were reported in Civil Hospital, Ludhiana on Monday. As per the reports, 59-year-old suffered cardiac arrest at his residence in Dehlon.
He was posted with the DIG Phillaur range. The family brought him to Civil Hospital but he was declared brought dead. Doctors reportedly said that he was diabetic and his throat swab test for COVID-19 was sent.
The second case is from Khanpur village near Alamgir where a 27-year-old man was admitted to Civil hospital around April 19. His father reportedly said, “First we visited two private hospitals that referred him to Civil hospital. On April 18, I took him there and the doctor gave him some medicines and sent him back. He complained of breathlessness the next day. We immediately took him to Civil Hospital again but he died on Monday.”
The third case was of an eight-year-old girl from Salem Tabri who was brought to Civil hospital. Her father said that she was suffering from typhoid and she had a cold and cough also. She was first taken to DMCH but as it was expensive, she was then taken to Civil Hospital.
