Giving this information, Shri Valmiki said that he met Chief Secretary Punjab and thanked the Punjab Government for the work being done for the betterment of the scheduled class.He said that many efforts have been made by the government headed by Captain Amarinder Singh of Punjab, including the scholarship scheme for Scheduled Caste students, the project of beautification of Valmiki Tirtha, which shows the serious thinking of Punjab Government towards Scheduled Castes. .
