An online legal awareness webinar was organized with the students and teachers of Public School, Village Udekaran. A meeting with the panel of advocates was also scheduled in the afternoon. He further said that National Lok Adalat would be held on December 12, 2020. If any person wants his case to be disposed of through Lok Adalat, he should file his application in the concerned court where his case is pending. Or apply to the office of the concerned Legal Services Authority / Committee to get the new cases settled through the Lok Adalat. Giving information about the benefits of filing a case in the Lok Adalat, he said that the case is settled permanently in the Lok Adalat with the consent of both the parties due to which both the parties remain victorious. It also refunds court fees and saves time and money. The decision of the Lok Adalat is considered equal to the degree of a civil court. There is no appeal in its decision and the case is settled permanently.
