Special camps to be set up in mandis for Covid vaccination: DC Sangrur

It is necessary to follow the instructions of the farmer brother Covid-19 during the wadi season to prevent the spread of coronavirus. These views were disclosed by Deputy Commissioner Ramveer during Hafatavari FaceBook Book. The deputy commissioner informed that from April 10, the arrival of wheat will start in the mandis of the district. He said that the procurement arrangements have been completed in the mandis by the district administration and as in the last 2 seasons, necessary facilities will be provided to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the mandis, for which the entire arrangements have already been completed. The deputy commissioner appealed to the farmers, jobbers, labor, transporters etc. to get the Covid vaccination done as they have to have a relationship with people for about 2 months in a row during the winter season. He said that special camps will also be set up in mandis for Kovid vaccination. He appealed to the farmers that the crop should be brought to the market as per the norms set by the government so that they do not face any problem in selling the crop and they can sell the crop early and go to their homes. Deputy Commissioner told that Covid vaccine is being applied to all persons above 45 years of age in the district and there is a lot of enthusiasm among the people. He appealed to the group district residents to reach the vaccinations camps nearby and get them vaccinated immediately so that the coronavirus chain could be broken. Giving information about the latest status of Covid-19, Deputy Commissioner Ramveer informed that till now samples of 2 lakh 98 thousand 895 persons have been taken in the district and sent for examination. Out of these samples, 2 lakh 94 thousand 152 reports have been received negatively. He told that 5931 corona-positive patients have been well under the mission Fateh.
