At 3.03, SMO Gazi Ujjair called doctor Kulvinder Pal Singh and asked him to rush to Kotkapura hospital for any eventuality.” In the clip, he also reads out the statement given by Dr. Kulvinder Pal Singh to the Ranjit Singh Commission where he is reportedly asked by his senior to rush to hospitals in case of eventuality in context to dharna at Kotkapura Chowk.
