What happened between 2 pm to 6 pm, is one aspect. The second aspect is you must have heard that in many dharnas, there are red alert or police alert but there in this case one doctor was alerted. At 3.03, SMO Gazi Ujjair called doctor Kulvinder Pal Singh and asked him to rush to Kotkapura hospital for any eventuality.”
