SFJ’s Gurpatwant Pannu booked by Sangrur Police

Sangrur Police has booked US based Legal Cousel of Sikhs for Justice  ( SFJ ) Gurpatwant Pannu for spreading hatred, among different communities and conspiring to disturb peace of Punjab state. According to SSP Sangrur Mandeep Singh Sidhu, Pannu case has been registered against him ” for trying to spread hatred and enmity among various communities, and conspiring to disturb peace and tranquility of the country, specifically Punjab ,* On the night of 19 and 20 June, some slogans about “Referendum 26 January 2023 and Punjab da hall Khalistan SFJ 26 January” were written on backside gate and wall of Shri Kali Mata Mandir, Sangrur with a black spray paint. Regarding this a video went viral on social media in which , Gurpatwant Pannu, who allegedly run this unlawful association SFJ, is proclaiming it’s responsibility. An FIR No 116 dated 20/06/22 U/S 153 A, 153 B ,120 B , section 13, 18 of Unlawful Activities (prevention) act, section 3 Punjab prevention of Defacement to public property act , has been registered against  Pannu and unknown persons at PS City Sangrur. Investigation of the case is being ensured to nab the accused at the earliest.
