Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojna cards to be made from Seva Kendras

The Punjab Government has decided for the convenience of the people that the beneficiary cards of Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojana can now be made from the service centers also. This information was given by Sonali Giri, Deputy Commissioner, Rupnagar. Disclosing this here today he said that the beneficiaries of this scheme can get these cards from the service center by paying a fee of Rs. 30 per card. He said that this service has been made available at Type 1 Service Centers from 17th February, Type 2 Service Centers from 22nd February and Type 3 Service Centers from 26th February 2021. He appealed to all such beneficiaries who have not yet made the card to do so without any delay. Service Centers are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and are also open on Saturdays. Under this scheme free cashless treatment up to Rs. 5 lakh per family per annum is provided by the government.
