Senior Ayurveda expert Dr. Manoj Virmani has prepared five hundred Giloy vine in his medicinal plant bank. Dr. Virmani These Giloys will present as a gift on the birthday of their acquaintances. He says that the next few months are very sensitive from the point of view of diseases. Dengue, chikungunya, and other fevers may be affected. In such a situation, he has planted Tulsi, Ghritkumari, Kas Mard, Patharchat, Ashwagandha, Makoy, etc. in the medicinal bank. They are given free of cost to people on birthdays and other auspicious occasions. In this way, he is advising people to adopt the mantra of health before they become victims of diseases.  Virmani, a resident of Karnal, is a member of the Haryana Ayurveda Board and also the Provincial Secretary of the World Ayurveda Council. It was with this thought that he founded the Medicinal Plant Bank some time ago, in which he has now prepared 500 Giloy Bells. Giloy is extremely useful in rooting out various types of diseases and especially infectious diseases. It kills harmful bacteria from stomach worms. Inhibits the growth of bacteria that causes TB disease. Virmani said that Giloy leaves are astringent, bitter, and pungent in taste. Vata, bile, and phlegm can be cured using Giloy. It is easy to digest and increases appetite. It is also beneficial for the eyes. Giloy is best used in thirst, burning sensation, diabetes, leprosy, and jaundice. Increased silo in the intellect is also used in fever, vomiting, dry cough, hiccups, hemorrhoids, tuberculosis, and urinary diseases. It is also helpful in removing the physical weakness of women.
