Chandigarh, April 27: Senior Punjab Police Officer, Roop Kumar Arora Inspector General (Prisons), Punjab took to social media to extend support to #MainBhiHarjeetSingh movement initiated by state DGP Mr Dinkar Gupta.
In his facebook post Mr Arora wrote, `I join in solidarity against any attack on POLICEMEN who are fighting COVID-19 across the country , like attack on SI Harjeet Singh at Patiala.
As a symbol & tribute to all unsung warriors like him, I wear his name with pride for on my chest.
Roop Kumar Arora has been awarded with Director General of Police Commendation Disc for his outstanding Policing achievements and in recognition of his service to the public in 2018.
