NIA raids Punjabi gangster’s house, case of looting of 34 kg gold

An NIA team today raided the house of gangster Gagan Judge in Ludhiana in connection with the looting of 34 kg of gold. The team, which arrived around 10 a.m., is still searching the house. It may be recalled that the gangster Gagan, who was lodged in Ludhiana Jail, was an accomplice of the deceased gangster Jaipal Bhullar and together they carried out the looting of 34 kg of gold in Ludhiana.

Judge Gagan was arrested in Chandigarh about a year and a half ago and is now lodged in Ludhiana Central Jail. An NIA team, which arrived suddenly today, is searching the house of Judge Gagan in Ferozepur. According to sources, a sister of gangster Gagan is present at Judge’s house. When asked about this, he refused to talk and said that the NIA team wanted to conduct a search anyway.

He will be given full support and his brother has been in jail for nearly a year and a half. The NIA team that reached Judge Gagan’s house has also removed the local police from the case and the house is being searched at its own level. It is rumored that some of the 34 kg of gold looted may have been hidden in the house of gangster Gagan Judge, whose house is being searched on suspicion.
