Money asked for the PPE Kit from the relatives of the corona-infected deceased : Chandigarh PGI

A very strange incident has taken place in PGI Chandigarh. In PGI, money is being demanded from the families of those who lost the battle of Corona Virus life. In fact, outside the hospital fronts, additional money is being asked for the PPE Kit from the relatives of the corona-infected deceased. A similar incident has taken place on Friday, a video of which went viral on the internet media. A person from Pinjore was killed in PGI by Corona.  when the family of the deceased arrived at the PGI to collect his body, an unknown person outside Morchery demanded a thousand rupees for the PPE kit from him. Harjit Singh, a resident of Pinjore, had reached the PGI mortuary to collect the body of his relative Ramnarayan. The deceased’s relatives made a video of this incident and this video is now going viral. In the video, the deceased’s relatives have also accused PGI employees of complicity. However, in the video, the security guards and other employees present outside the mortuary are saying that they do not recognize this unknown person and are asking to hand him over to the police. In this context, a PGI spokesperson says that so far no written complaint has been received, if any complaint comes then strict action will be taken on it.
