Kirti Kisan Union announces Tractor March on 26th and 27th May

Kirti Kisan Union, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar has announced a tractor march on May 26 and 27 demanding repeal of three farm laws of the Union government and legal guarantee on MSP. This decision is taken in a meeting of the district committee of the union chaired by Surinder Singh Mehrampur here today. Disclosing this to the press, District Secretary Tarsem Singh Bains said that in this meeting Bhupinder Singh Waraich, State Committee Member of the Union and Surinder Singh Bains, District President informed that Kirti Kisan Union has decided to organize a tractor march across the state, under which tractor march would be taken out on May 26 in Nawanshahr area, on May 27 in Banga. Meetings of Area Committees and Village Committees will be held for their preparation. These tractor marches will be heavily attended by farmers and tractors so that Modi government can be shaken out of sleep. He said that the enthusiasm of the farmers had not abated. Farmers are responding to every conspiracy of the Modi government to thwart this front. Samyukta Kisan Morcha had courageously started it from day one. He asked the district leaders to work firmly for the success of the tractor march. Leaders Avtar Singh Katt, Makhan Singh Bhan Majara, Buta Singh Mahmudpur, Paramjit Singh Shahabpur and Raghvir Singh Usmanpur were present in the meeting.
