Haryana government departments will go ‘paperless’ from November 1

The government departments of the Haryana government will go paperless from November 1, the reports suggest. The e-Office software will be implemented across different departments of the state government.

According to the reports by The Tribune, 22 departments have already switched to the electronic movement of files. A senior officer reportedly said that the state government has set November 1 as a deadline for all other departments to follow suit.

The Chief Minister Office, Chief Secretary Office and the Finance Department have already switched to the e-Office for processing of files.
