Fazilka: Dairy development department will conduct virtual training for milk producers on Oct 19

In view of the corona virus, a batch of online training from home to the milk producers and dairy farmers is being started by the Punjab Government from October 19 along with the steps being taken by the Dairy Development Department to promote dairy farming. Detailed information on new technologies will be provided to milk producers.


Disclosing this here today Deputy Director Dairy Nirvair Singh Brar said that this online training batch was being launched under the leadership of Cabinet Minister Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairy Development Punjab Mr. Tripat Rajinder Singh Bajwa and Director Dairy Development Karnail Singh That this online course is being conducted keeping in view the health advisors issued regarding Covid-19.


He said that following the instructions regarding social distance and non-collection due to corona virus, the department has introduced new techniques for procurement and maintenance of milch cattle, maintenance, manure, breeding, maintenance and hygienic marketing. This course will be very useful for the milk producers. He said that this training program was discontinued due to Covid which is being resumed by the government.
