The September examination of government school students would start from September 13. As per the departmental instructions, the examination would be conducted offline in the schools.
Satnam Singh Bath District Education Officer Secondary Tarn Taran and Gurbachan Singh Deputy District Education Officer Secondary Tarn Taran while giving information about the examination of students from class VI to XII said that the students were being prepared for the annual syllabus and National Achievement Survey.
The examination will be held in shifts. The examination for Class VIII, X and XII will start at 9 am during the morning session while the examination for Class VI, VII, IX and XI will begin at 12 noon during the evening session.
Will come from August syllabus. 25% questions will be asked from April and May syllabus and 75% questions will be asked from July to August syllabus. While the question papers of other subjects would be prepared by the schools at their own level. Education officials said that the question papers of all the classes would be based on multiple choice. The pattern of question papers for the subjects to be National Achievement Survey will be based on the National Achievement Survey. Multiple choice sheets for the assessment of these subjects will be provided by the head office. The parents have been informed about the datesheet of the exam.
Education officials said that instructions have been issued to all the school principals and teachers to follow the precautionary measures against Covid during the exam and also the parents have been requested to cooperate.
