District Mansa has bagged the first position in state in providing uninterrupted and smooth citizen services through Seva Kendras.
Disclosing this here today Deputy Commissioner Mr. Jaspreet Singh said that from 10th May 2021 to 9th May 2022 the Mansa administration had received 133698 applications for about 379 services at all the 13 Sewa Kendra, which were disposed off in a timely manner by the officers. Out of these only 86, applications are under process which is less than all the districts of the state.
Praising the efforts of the entire team of district administration, Deputy Commissioner Jaspreet Singh said that this goal has been achieved by the timely disposal of the applications filed by the citizens in the Sewa Kendras. He also informed that pendency from subdivision level to district headquarters was being monitored on a daily basis which was had yielded meaningful results.
He encouraged the officers to settle pending applications in a timely manner and ensure zero pendency so that the district would be at the forefront in providing smooth and timely citizens services in the future. He also reiterated his commitment to leave no stone unturned in maintaining this achievement through continuous monitoring of the services being provided to the people.
