District Animal Welfare Society organises Gaudhan medical camp at Fazilka

The Punjab Government has set up District Animal Welfare Societies for the maintenance of livestock in the state under which cattle ponds are being run. This society is being run under the supervision of Sachin Sharma, Chairman, Punjab Cattle Service Commission. Under the same series, the Deputy Commissioner of Fazilka under the direction of Arvind Pal Singh Sandhu, a medical camp was organized at Cattle Pond under the leadership of Narinderpal Singh Gill, Deputy Director, Animal Husbandry. Disclosing this here today, Sonu Kumar, Care Taker of Cattle Pond said that about 150 cows were to be treated at Cattle Pond. Gaudhan was treated by Sahil Setia by setting up a medical camp. In this camp, about 150 cows were treated for various ailments. This medical camp was organized in collaboration with Dani Sajna. Bhajan Singh Veterinary Pharmacist, Lal Chand, Balwinder Singh, Balwinder Singh Retewali, Chandra Prakash, Manohar Singh, Mohan Singh, Lekh Singh and other staff were present in this camp.
