Customer rating, happiness rating will be done on portal: HRSC

Haryana Right to Service Commission Chief Commissioner,  T.C. Gupta said that in order to provide satisfactory services to the people of the State, instead of customer rating, happiness rating will be done on the portal.

 Gupta today attended a review meeting of the notified services under the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014 at Narnaul. He said that citizens who are being rendered services and schemes have the right to rate the officers on a scale of five under Happiness Rating. These marks will reflect the level of satisfaction of the people. He said that for this, the officers will have to bring change their behaviour along with work so that the applicants are happy and give at least a score of four out of five.  Gupta said that now another change has been made on the portal. Earlier, the happiness rating was for the entire period, but now after taking the charge of the officer, the happiness rating of his tenure will be different. With this new system, the officers can be identified and appreciation letters will be issued to good officers and warning letters to non-working officers.

He asked the officials concerned to enhance the score of Mahendragarh district to more than 9.5 before November 1, 2021. He gave clear instructions to the officers that all pending applications should be disposed of before November 1, 2021. He said that the intention of the government is render hassle-free and time-bound services to the people. For this, 546 services of 31 Departments of Haryana have been notified by the Government under the Right to Service Act, 2014. Chief Commissioner,  T.C. Gupta said that Auto Appeal System has been implemented in Haryana to provide time bound services to the people. Now, the person applying for any kind of online service and scheme does not need to go anywhere.

The Secretary of the Commission,  Meenaxee Raj said that now the officers and employees complete their work within stipulated time period. The meeting was attended by other senior officers of the Department.
