Civil Surgeon Barnala Sukhjivan Kakkar inaugurated the Migrant Plus Polio Round in District Barnala today by giving anti-polio drops to the children in the food market slums. During this round, the teams will administer anti-polio drops in slums, slums, factories, kilns and shelters.
On this occasion District Immunization Officer Dr. Mr. Bhupinder Singh said that 4799 children from 0 to 5 years of age (100 # Target children) in the district were being given polio free drops by 39 teams from door to door. This round will be supervised by 4 Supervisors and District Program Officers so that no child is deprived of 2 drops of polio.
