Chandigarh, May 14
Kirron Kher, Member Parliament, UT, Chandigarh on Friday inaugurated a fully automatic block making machine, hydro-vibro compaction type with batch mix plant at the C&D waste plant site, industrial area Phase-I, here in the presence of UT Adviser Dharam Pal, Home Secretary Nitin Kumar Yadav and MC Commissioner Anindita Mitra.
Speaking on the occasion Kher said that having a capacity of approximately 12000-15000 paver blocks per day, the automatic block-making machine will be a boon for not only the Municipal Corporation but for the city as well. She said that the demand for the efficient and fast production line of automatic block-making machines adds to reducing the per-unit cost of the blocks, and offers high quality, less damaged, and dimensionally accurate concrete products.
