Chandigarh administration declared 25 new micro containment zones in the city. Chairperson of state executive committee of State Disaster Management Authority also directed that regular screening and monitoring of areas by medical teams will continue.
Frequent sanitization of the areas by the Municipal Authorities will be conducted and the residents will be advised to follow the social distancing norms, wear masks and maintain hygiene of hands.
