The police have booked an Army man — Ravinder — for rape on the complaint of a woman in Hisar.
The woman said their families fixed their match in March 2020. She said the accused called her to a hotel in March 2021 and in June 2021 and raped her on the pretext that they were all set to get married. Later, he refused to marry her. His family has been booked too under Sections of the IPC.
